This is a business to business outside sales & marketing role. You will be assisting Canada's leading merchant services provider by acting as an Outside Account Executive who solicits orders for merchandise or services; identifies prospects; calls prospective customers; and convinces customers to buy our products and services.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Presenting key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing the message on customer needs and expectations
- Projecting a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
- Generating leads through planning and persistence
- Managing time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Inspiring others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively
- Remaining composed in the face of resistance
- Successfully achieving positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO POSESS:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent written and verbal presentation and persuasive skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to evaluate accounts and assess potential opportunities
- Prior sales experience
- A post-secondary degree or diploma
- A background in retail and/or financial services (ATM’s, POS, Credit Cards, Prepaid Products) would be considered a strong asset
